The Construction Industry Training Board has launched its latest wave of advertising geared at getting young people into the construction industry. The £500,000 campaign is aimed primarily at youth-orientated magazines such as Loaded, Match and Cosmo Girl, but will also include more highbrow publications such as the New Statesman. Also targeted will be banner advertisements on websites such as Student UK and Ministry. "Kate" (pictured) is one of the new recruits to the campaign, which retains popular characters from last year such as Trevor, who apparently got the pub plastered.
