Contractor sets up new operating unit
Morgan Sindall has rejigged its business in London and the Home Counties with a new business unit and regional boss for its work in the capital.
The FTSE 250 contractor said the new unit, called Northern Home Counties Ventures, will be led by director Emma Curtis and target work in leisure and healthcare. Curtis will report to regional managing director Sean Bradley.
The existing Northern Home Counties business will now be led by Rod Pavey.
Morgan Sindall’s Northern Home Counties businesses span Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire and the North London boroughs.
Meanwhile, Morgan Sindall said that Richard Dobson has been appointed regional managing director for London. He has been joined by Adam Allen as regional commercial director.
