Two-block project to include 516 student beds

Morris + Co has submitted plans for an 11-storey student accommodation scheme in Peckham designed for UAE-based developer Arada.

The two-block scheme on Blackpool Road will include 516 student beds, 55 affordable homes and 1,200sq ft of ground floor commercial space.
