Deal for Arcus will add further 60 staff to 300-stromg London-based firm
London-based multidisciplinary Baily Garner has bought rival Arcus Consulting for an undisclosed sum.
The deal, which was wrapped up last week, sees the 300-strong Baily Garner add another 60 employees to its roster and expand its presence across northern England where Manchester-based Arcus also has offices in Liverpool, Newcastle and Wakefield.

As well as London, the firm also has offices in Manchester and Birmingham.
Arcus, which is led by managing partner Clive Sellers, has been going since 1970 and its services include project management, building and quantity surveying, architecture and building services engineering.
Baily Garner managing partner Bradley Webster said: “This acquisition brings specialist expertise in quicker delivery, compliance and site-critical roles.”
The pair said the existing management teams would remain in place.
