The scheme has views of several London landmarks including the Palace of Westminster and London Eye

As well as the flats, the job for Northacre Properties also includes 116,000 sq ft of office space and 27,000 sq ft of retail space.

The development includes a series of health and wellness facilities including a 25m swimming pool, spa facility, gym, personal training studio and treatment rooms.

Work on the Squire & Partners designed-scheme started in early 2019 with others working on the job including project manager Cumming, QS Core Five, structural engineer Robert Bird and services engineer Aecom.

The news comes after it emerged Multiplex had won its debut project for developer Stanhope after being appointed to carry out a £120m makeover of the IBM building on London’s South Bank.
