Aedas Architects has submitted this £38m scheme to Manchester council for approval.

It is Block 6 in the Greenquarter development, a mixed-use self-contained community being built in the city centre. The scheme has a total floor area of 275,000 ft2 and will include 345 apartments, commercial space and car parking. The developer is Crosby Homes, and if the scheme receives planning permission construction will begin next month.
