Scheme being developed by Vinci and St Modwen JV

Plans for a 26-storey residential tower in Nine Elms have been given the green light

Apex 1, which includes 201 homes and 5,250sq ft of retail space, will be the first building in the wider redevelopment of New Covent Garden Market by the VSM partnership.
