Architect Jean Nouvel has unveiled plans for a landmark retail and office development at 1 New Change in the City of London, close to St Paul’s Cathedral.

The developer is proposing a 20,450 m2 retail space over three floors. The development will also include 31,600 m2 of office accommodation with extensive rooftop public space for local residents, workers and visitors to enjoy views.
