Premier Modular says work from healthcare and education sectors increasing
Offsite manufacturer Premier Modular said profit was up a third last year, its recently filed accounts show.
The firm, which is based in East Yorkshire, said pre-tax profit in the year to June 2025 was up 33% to £10.3m on turnover down 4% to £97m.

Premier, which last year was one of three firms to win spots on all three lots put up for grabs under a £1bn modular and prefabricated buildings framework let by the NHS, said it was seeing “increased demand from public infrastructure sectors, particularly healthcare and education”.
Its rental business accounted for £45m of revenue during the period, followed by permanent sales of £39m.
