Office design and build firm increases turnover
Oktra has posted increased profit and turnover in its latest accounts.
The office design and build firm reported turnover of £133.8m for the year to 31 May 2026, up 19% from the £112.5m reported for the previous year.
It’s pre-tax profit rose 36%, from £8.8m to £12m, over the same period.
The firm, which is based in London and employs nearly 200 people, said its business performance “was in line with expectations”.
It generated cash of £10.7m from operating activities during the year, more than three times the £3m made the previous year.
Oktra last year placed 133rd in Building’s Top 150 Contractors & Housebuilders list, which is ordered by turnover.
