Project manager awards Belfast Metropolitan College student for her drawer unit made of recycled Ikea packaging

Project manager PCM has helped organised a competition for the best environmental design to mark the opening of Ikea's first store in Ireland.

The Swedish giant and PCM project manager Steve Hart awarded Belfast Metropolitan College student Delia Keeling first prize for her prototype drawer unit made out of recycled Ikea packaging.

Second prize was given to Jayne McCullough for her design of a swing made out of coat hangers and a joint third prize went to Sara Love for her model of an eco-friendly building and Pauline Love for a sculpture of a tornado.

The consultant was project manager on the new Ikea store.
