Planning permission has been granted for this £1m marina in Gosport, Hampshire.
It follows a competition run by client Camper and Nicholsons Marinas, which was won by London architect Pascall + Watson. The scheme includes changing rooms, showers, a launderette and a lounge. It is due for completion by spring next year. Project manager for the scheme is Stuart Gurney Design and Build, QS is Davis Langdon & Everest and structural and M&E engineer is Furness Partnership.
