RMJM has submitted this design for a mixed-use development at Princes Dock in Liverpool.

The main element of the scheme, which is for client Mersey Property Company, is a 36-storey tower housing 183 apartments. There is also a 135-bedroom hotel as well as offices, mixed commercial units and car parking. If it wins planning permission, construction is due to start in October.
