Council in Cornwalll sells public toilet in Newquay to London-based Aedifico
A public toilet block is being sold to a developer for £120,000.
In what is thought to be the highest price paid for a loo, Restormel Borough Council in Cornwall has agreed to sell the block to London-based property developers Aedifico.
The block, in the middle of tourist hotspot Newquay, will be knocked down to make room for shops and accommodation.
The previous top price for a toilet was £90,000
