An £18m health centre in Hounslow, Middlesex, with Willmott Dixon Construction as design-and-build contractor, Penoyre & Prasad as architect and Caxton FM as facilities manager, is the first project of a local improvement finance trust (LIFT) company set up in west London.
The company is a consortium of three local NHS primary care trusts and a private joint venture of Capital & Provident Management and the William Pears Group. The company will also design, build and maintain a GPs’ surgery in Acton, with further healthcare projects following over the next few years.
