Firm also brings in new chief for main modular business
Offsite specialist Reds10 has appointed a new chief executive with founder Paul Ruddick taking over as boss of the wider group.
Ryan Geldard, currently Reds10’s managing director for its offsite business, takes the role of CEO of Reds10, assuming day-to-day leadership of the business.
Reds10 founder and chairman Paul Ruddick takes the new role of CEO of Reds10 Group, overseeing all the businesses that sit within it. He will also continue in his role as Reds10 chairman, the firm added.

As well as its modular construction business, Reds10 also has several other divisions including M&E, fit out and door manufacturing.
Ruddick said: “The creation of Reds10 Group marks an important milestone for our business.
“After a period of consolidation and significant investment in our manufacturing facilities and data platform, we are now driving the wholesale industrialisation of design, production and construction, with AI integrated at every stage.”
In its last set of results, Reds10 said revenue was up 2% to £145m in the year to March 2025 with pre-tax profit staying flat at £7m.
The firm has five factories in East Yorkshire that combined give it manufacturing space of over 250,000sq ft.

Last summer, Reds10 announced a restructure of its top team with Ruddick taking day-to-day charge.
Its then chief executive Matt Bennion, who joined in 2019 and became boss two years later, was moved to head up sister company Thrive-AI, a smart building technology business.
