Firm appointed project manager and QS on residnetial complex

Barbados Beachlands

Rider Levett Bucknall has been appointed as project manager and quantity surveyor on the first phase of a beachfront residential complex in Barbados, reported to be worth £120m.

The Beachlands complex is a 4.5 acre development comprising of luxury villas with private pools and landscaping.

The scheme recently received planning and is being managed by Rider Levett Bucknall’s Barbados office, with pre-contract support from Rider Levett Bucknall in the UK.

Rider Levett Bucknall was first appointed on Beachlands in 2011 to manage reclamation works to deepen and protect the beach.
