Kier Group board left with empty seat as head of housing moves on.

Kier Group executive Robert Gregory has stepped down from the board. Gregory, who was responsible for the group’s housing division, relinquishes his executive role with immediate effect.

Until his successor is appointed, company managing directors for the housebuilding businesses will report directly to Group chief executive John Dodd. A Kier spokesperson said that the decision was reached “by mutual agreement.”

Peter Warry, Kier Group chairman said: “Robert has made an important contribution to the development of the housebuilding business during the past 11 years. The board would like to thank him for his efforts and wish him every success in his chosen path.”
