Gerry Rouche, Phil Harris and Andrew Church all join the Birse board.
Gerry Rouche has replaced Heather Craven as group finance director of contractor Birse. Phil Harris and Andrew Church have also been promoted to the Birse board. Harris has been appointed group strategic human resources director and Church group legal director.
Rouche has been director of accounting at the contractor for the least three years, while Harris has been working on business efficiency for five years. Church, a qualified barrister, has been working at the group since 1992.
Birse said that Craven had stepped down to pursue other opportunities.
Birse chairman Peter Watson said: “These appointments will provide the board with a broader base of specialist skills.”
