Contractor Wates has just started work on architect Cartwright Pickard’s housing scheme in Huddersfield, Yorkshire.
Round house
he £6m scheme will redevelop two sites at Primrose Hill as affordable housing for rent and private sale. It will replace demolished 1950s housing with 79 homes, comprising 31 three- and four-bedroom family houses and 48 apartments.
The client is Yorkshire Metropolitan Housing Association, and work is scheduled to finish next spring.
