David Ellis-Powell sent in this charming image of rustic scaffolding handcrafted from 75x50mm timber and pallets. As he comments: “This not in a foreign land where you might expect such things to be built. It is in Rugeley in South Staffordshire.” The chancellor would surely approve, if not perhaps the health and safety inspectors.
