Scheme split into five lots with winners due next summer

Public sector procurement specialist Scape has published the tender notice for its next generation Construction Works and Services Framework.

The framework will run for four years

The biggest lot is for construction for projects in England, covering project values from small-scale works through to projects exceeding £500m, with a total category value of £4 billion.

Lot 2 covers housing jobs in England with a value of up to £2bn, while lot 3 covers smaller jobs through to £150m-plus deals across construction and housing in Wales with a value of up to £1bn.

Lots 4 and 5 cover small and larger construction and housing jobs in Northern Ireland with a combined value of £1bn.

Tenders will be issued this November with winners being appointed next summer ahead of the framework starting by autumn next year.
