Serco Gulf Engineering is suing Morrison Utility Services and National Grid plc in a dispute over a damaged pipeline.

Serco, of Ashdon Road, Saffron Walden, blames the two companies for damage to a pipeline at Castle Eaton on 28 September 2001, and hopes to win compensation of up to £150,000.
