Tier 2 pair rejig London and regeneration businesses respectively
SES has appointed Mark Heath as pre-construction director and Luke Boyhan as commercial director for its London and South business.
Heath has previously worked in estimating director role at MJ Lonsdale and Phoenix ME and was also a director at Lonsdale, which went into administration more than two years ago. Boyhan joined SES in 2021 and was recently its regional commercial director.
SES said Heath will be in charge of southern tendering, estimating and early client engagement.

Wates-owned SES said the appointments were part of wider push into the region, especially the capital, where the firm is working on Mace’s Edge London Bridge scheme.
It added: “While the business operates across multiple sectors and geographies, London remains a core market, with ongoing investment planned to support future growth.”
SES does around £70m of business in the capital but its boss Rob Clifford wants to get up to £250m.
Meanwhile, the regeneration business of John F Hunt has appointed Sam Peck as managing director of its industrial dismantling division and Garrett Priestley as director of its infrastructure and civils business.
Peck has joined from Deconstruct, where he spent nearly a decade, and his jobs have included the Dovetail Building in the City, due to be built by Multiplex, and the Fitzrovia office scheme at Tottenham Court Road built by Kier.
Priestley’s CV includes spells on the M20 Smart Motorway upgrade, Beckton DLR Depot Extension and London City Airport.
He has previously worked for Laing O’Rourke and Bam Nuttall and joins Hunt from civils and groundworks specialist Galldris.
