Developer Urban Splash has revealed these images of what the Parkhill Estate in Sheffield will look like after it has been regenerated.

The scheme, which is designed by architects Studio Egret West, Hawkins/Brown and landscape architects Grant Associates, will have 874 apartments. The ground floor will be turned into shops, offices, bars and restaurants but structural changes to the existing building are limited by its grade II*-listing. The project is expected to cost about £160m.
