Architect Fereday Pollard has completed this £1m restaurant in Willesden Green, north-west London
Called Shish, it is designed as a theatre of food, in which diners can view food preparation and cooking. Triangular in plan, the building features downstand beams and exposed services and extract/supply ductwork. Structural engineer was Pearam Design, services engineer was Singler Building Services and contractor was Clearbray Shopfitting.
