Deborah Services' directors recommend proposed takeover by Dublin-based Siteserv

Siteserv is set to acquire Yorkshire based Deborah Services for up to £48m

The proposed acquisition of the Wakefield construction support services provider will be put to shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting on 19 February.

Deborah Services’ directors have urged them to accept the offer which will be worth an initial £43.2 million on completion with a maximum additional amount of £5m depending on performance over the next three financial years.

Siteserv chief executive Brian Harvey said: “The acquisition will provide Siteserv with an immediate and significant presence in the UK where Deborah Services is one of the market leaders.”
