Sutherland Hussey Architects in Edinburgh has completed a feasibility study for this new harbour at Portree on the Isle of Skye.

The project, christened "Lump and Line", will include lifeboat launch facilities, a visitor centre, a "mega-hide" for the RSPB and a home for the An Tuireann Arts Centre. The rock-like formation, which will also house a museum, has been designed to reflect the surrounding mountains. It is also hoped that deep-water moorings alongside the new harbour wall will attract international cruiseships and leisure boats.
