Contractor Crispin & Borst is putting the finishing touches to this boiler house scheme at Guy’s and St Thomas’ hospital in central London.

Designed by Thomas Heatherwick Studios, the £1.5m scheme involved recladding the existing boiler house to create a unique wicker-basket effect using twisted stainless steel. Other works included the relocation of the Friends of Guy’s shop and improvements to the car parking and adjacent roads.
