Saville Row - the home of the tailor-made suit and high-risk scaffolding

This very suspsect scaffolding took place in Saville Row in London last month.

The man on the parapet is wearing a harness, so he's ok, but should he be throwing those scaffold poles off the building to his mate below?

According to the photographer the man on the pavement had replaced a catcher who had hurt his shoulder - rather suggesting this wasn't the best way of dismantling a scaffold.

Unsurprisingly the workers were not too keen to be phototgraphed. "They didn’t like it when I took pictures of the lorry and I had to make my escape rather sharpish."
