Planning approval has been granted for this £23m mixed-use development at Payne Road in east London. Created by architect and urban designer Stock Woolstencroft for the East Thames Group, the project, which has a development value of £35m, creates an entrance to Tower Hamlets from the east and lies close to the proposed Olympic site in the Lea Valley. BPP is the quantity surveyor, Nathaniel Lichfield and Partners is the planning consultant, HMZ is the traffic consultant, AIRO is the acoustic consultant, and Standerwick is the land design and landscape consultant.
