Civil engineers in £400k High Court battle with bank

Civil engineers Strata Construction have launched a £400,000 legal battle against its bankers, the Royal Bank of Scotland.

Strata Construction, of Doncaster, accuses the bank of breach of contract and negligence, and is demanding damages and interest amounting to £407,997.40.

The case has been assigned to judge Anthony Thornton, who will decide how the legal action is to go ahead.
