More than 250 students will live in this hall of residence in Islington, north London, when it opens for the 2007 academic year.





Therese House has 155 study bedrooms and 97 studios, all with en suite facilities. It backs on to the Charterhouse Square conservation area. Architect TP Bennett, acting for international property group HDG Mansur, secured planning permission for the project last month. The scheme is estimated to be worth £27m when completed; building is to start next year.
