The first phases of this £163m student PFI scheme in Sheffield have been handed over by developer Catalyst Higher Education.

The scheme is for the construction and management of 34 blocks of flats catering for 4,200 students and a whole student campus. Designed by FaulknerBrowns and Halliday Meecham, the development is being built by Bovis Lend Lease, with windows supplied by Technal.
