Property services firm Styles & Wood has said that it will rebrand to become known as S&W, two weeks after it issued a turnover warning to the City

It said that the rebranding would “transform its corporate identity” and that it would launch a “dynamic” new website.

The company’s divisions - StorePlanning, StoreFit, StoreCare and iSite - will now be known as Design, Construct, Care and Intelligence.

On 28 October the firm warned that revenue for the year to 31 December was expected to be between £95m and £100m, a fall from £139.3m last year and £243.1m in 2008.

It said it still expects to return to profit this financial year. In 2009 it made a pre-tax loss of £1.8m.
