Architect John McAslan & Partners has received detailed planning consent for a 12-storey tower with landscaped park at 60 Fenchurch Street, in the City of London.
The building, to be named Vitro, will comprise 85,500 ft2 of offices and retail space. It is scheduled for completion in early 2003. Structural engineer is Price & Myers, Gardiner & Theobald is QS, Rybka Battle is building services engineer and Oscar Faber is fire engineer.
