Tommy Sharman arrives after eight years at rival London QS

T&T Alinea has brought in former Exigere parter Tommy Sharman as director of the firm.

Sharman spent eight years at Exigere having joined the company at the start of 2018 from Currie & Brown.

Announcing his appointment, T&T Alinea said: “Tommy will be focusing on supporting our developer and investor clients across central London.

T&T Alinea said his expertise “lies in central London commercial offices and complex cut and carve schemes”.

Director Carl Giles added: “We’re delighted to welcome Tommy to the team. His experience and approach will add real value to our work, particularly as he focuses on supporting our developer and investor clients across central London.”

T&T Alinea’s current jobs in the capital include Lipton Rogers’ controversial 1 Silk Street scheme as well as JP Morgan’s redevelopment of One Spitalfields which is due to be one of biggest City deals let this year.

Yesterday Exigere announced that it had appointed two new equity partners at the business, taking the number at the firm up to nine.
