Architect Studio RHE has submitted planning drawings to Newham council for a 24-storey tower in London’s Royal Victoria Dock

The scheme will provide 161 residential units of varying sizes, with a landscaped open deck at first-floor level. The project, estimated to cost £44m, is for developer Freysporne.
