Transport for London is compiling a construction consultancy services framework for itself, Greater London Assembly, City of London and all 32 boroughs in the capital.

The framework is divided into four lots and will last for four years with the possibility of a 12-month extension.

The lots are for estimating and cost intelligence, claims analysis and management, quantity surveying and procurement.

In a notice posted to the Official Journal, TfL said the work is for “multi-billion-pound mega-projects and/or major projects in the infrastructure and transport sectors”.

Consultants are expected to register their interest in bidding for the framework by 6 November; firms are free to bid for multiple lots.
