Wates Living Space has celebrated the topping out of a tower block that will have a grandstand view of the Olympics Games.

The 19-storey tower, which has been built by Wates for London and Quadrant Housing Trust, is located in Stratford town centre and overlooks the Olympics site. The block, which is the centrepiece of the Stratford Eye regeneration project, contains 62 private sale flats. The scheme also has 96 homes for shared ownership or social rent.
