Bracknell Forest council has granted planning permission for this £750m regeneration of Bracknell town centre in Berkshire.

The scheme, to be run by Stanhope, will be funded by the Bracknell Regeneration Partnership, a joint venture between Schroder Exempt Property Unit Trust and Legal & General. It will include 56,000 m2 of retail space, 15,000 m2 of leisure facilities, 1000 homes and 62,000 m2 of new and replacement business space. Davis Langdon is cost consultant on the scheme and Richard Rogers Partnership and Chapman Taylor are the architects.
