Ultima Solar has been given sole distribution rights in the UK for the Thermodynamic panel, which is made in Spain
The system comprises two main components; an aluminium black-coated panel that is fitted externally either on the roof or wall, and a cylinder and compressor unit. The panel is capable of collecting energy from both sides to give hot water at 55°C. The cylinder is made from stainless steel and is available in three capacities; 100l, 200l and 300l. Maximum heating capacity for the cylinder is 2,500 watts, with a working pressure up to 6 bar. The initial launch model will be the Model E, supplying domestic hot water with a coefficient of performance between 2 and 7. Both the panel and cylinder are manufactured to BSEN 255-3: 1997 and ISO 9001, ISO 14001.
