Cardiff staff become chartered building surveyors with APC qualifications

Three Faithful+Gould staff at the Cardiff office have received awards and professional qualifications.

Jerome Edwards, Simon Chiffi, Rhodri Meredith

Rhodri Meredith has won the prestigious BCIS Wessex Award for his outstanding performance following the completion of a BSc in QS and commercial management.

He was the only student in his year at the University of the West of England to be presented with the award.

Simon Chiffi and Jerome Edwards have both completed their APC with the RICS, earning them recognition as chartered building surveyors.

Since joining the company in 2004 Meredith has worked on a variety of projects in South Wales for a range of clients including Cardiff & Vale NHS Trust, Cardiff County Council, North Glamorgan NHS Trust and University of Wales Swansea.

Chiffi is training to be a commercial energy assessor and is skilled at carrying out building condition surveys and specifying, scheduling and managing the execution of building works.

Edwards is currently working with Modern Housing Solutions to provide a condition survey programme across 44,000 homes for married service personnel in England and Wales.

All three have achieved their awards through studies undertaken as part of F+G’s structured training and staff investment programme.
