New directors are appointed following Gladedale Holding’s takeover of the housebuilder.
Country & Metropolitan has confirmed the appointments of three new directors following its takeover by Gladedale Holdings earlier this month.
Remo Dipre has been appointed chief executive, David Gaffney group managing director and Dev Gandhi corporate director and company secretary.
Dipre is the chairmam and chief executive of Gladedale Holdings. He takes over at C&M from Stephen Wicks, who made £10m when C&M were taken over by Gladedale earlier this month.
