Galliford Try has split its construction division into three business units focusing on key market sectors.
Galliford Try North, based in Warrington, will take responsibility for all of the group's water and rail projects. The unit has been set up to exploit the group's success in becoming a framework contractor in these sectors.

Galliford Try Central, to be based in Wolvey, Leicestershire, will be responsible for frameworks PFI and building projects. It will also carry out building, infrastructure and interiors contracts outside the south of England.

The third business unit, Galliford Try South, will operate out of Uxbridge in Middlesex and be responsible for private commercial and interiors work. It will liaise with the company's key clients. Try Accord's office in East Peckham, Kent, is to be closed.
