Revenue stays at £1bn as profit slips 6% in latest results
Warehouse specialist Winvic said turnover was flat last year, according to accounts filed at Companies House.
The firm, which is celebrating is 25th anniversary this year and also works on BTR, student accommodation, civils and infrastructure schemes, said revenue remained at £1bn in the year to January 2026 with pre-tax profit slipping 6% to £30m.
It said building safety regulations continue to have a “significant influence” on decision making in its residential business, which it calls multi-room.
It added: “[The] Building Safety Act and associated Building Safety Regulator process continues to have a significant influence on multi-room project decision-making, procurement and delivery programmes.
“In response to the delays and uncertainty currently involved, Winvic has refined its Building Safety Act procedures, applying lessons learned to enhance the clarity, quality and robustness of future submissions.”
The firm said that year-end net cash was £110m, down from £126m last time.
