Eurocell faces multi-million pound damages as Ultraframe applies to Court for withdrawl of Eurocell system.
Ultraframe has won a patent case against PVCu manufacturer Eurocell.
The Court of Appeal found that Eurocell had infringed Ultraframe’s patent rights and design rights for its Ultralite 500 roofing technology.
Ultraframe said it would now pursue Eurocell for a multi-million pound damages award, as well as the reimbursement of its legal costs. It will also apply to the Court for Eurocell’s product be withdrawn from the market.
