Wilkinson Eyre-designed scheme to finish in spring 2029
Willmott Dixon has won a £92m scheme to build a new campus for the College of North West London at Wembley Park.
The scheme is earmarked for the site of the Olympic Office Centre in the shadow of Wembley Stadium and will turn a disused building into an eight-storey teaching hub.
The campus will house a wide range of specialist facilities, from bricklaying and joinery workshops to hairdressing salons and science laboratories, alongside teaching spaces, a dedicated learning support department and shared social areas.

The job, which was won through the Southern Construction Framework, is due to finish in spring 2029. Architect on the scheme is Wilkinson Eyre.
Client on the jon is United Colleges Group. The project was first given planning by Brent council in August 2023 but needed final approval from the Greater London Authority.
