Families Against Corporate Killers hold a protest outside Parliament as the corporate manslaughter bill receives its second reading

The families of people who have been killed at work are taking part in a protest today to let it be known that they think the new corperate manslaughter law is inadequate as it stands.

Families Against Corporate Killers (FACK) is meeting outside the Houses of Parliament between 10 and 11:30 this morning to coincide with the second reading of the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Bill. They will be displaying photographs of relatives they have lost after they died at work.

Later this afternoon, the protestors will have the chance to meet with MPs in Portcullis House to explain their concerns about the bill as it stands and will then be invited to listen to the debate in the House of Commons.
