Consultant also appoints UK corporate responsibility manager for new role

Consultant White Young Green (WYG) has appointed two new directors to its environmental division.

Stephen Bolt takes on the role of southern regional managing director and Alana Dixon becomes an associate director in the sustainability and energy sector.

Having played a pivotal role at the Carbon Trust in increasing the adoption of low-carbon technology, Dixon has contributed towards establishing sustainable approaches and helping organisations make a real difference.

She also founded the New Energy Trust, a cutting edge research and development organisation, and secured funding to undertake leading research and development into sustainable waste management for power generation.

Bolt has previously worked at ADAS and Anglian Water where he built up a wealth of knowledge managing the development of business strategies and environmental policies.

The firm has also appointed Charlotte Whitmore to the newly created role of UK corporate responsibility manager.
